Making & Shipping during COVID-19

Making your jewellery:

At Honey Willow, we are working very hard to safely make and send your orders as promptly as usual.

Most of the team are now working from home (see pictures below).  In our workshop, we have a much reduced team working at a safe distance, wearing gloves and masks and keeping our work area very clean.  We are doing all we can to look after each other and our customers.

Shipping your jewellery:

Please allow extra time for the delivery of your jewellery during the pandemic.

Postal services around the world are reporting significant delays at some sorting offices and at customs.  We have increased our estimated delivery dates to reflect this.  However please be aware that these are estimated dates only.  Your delivery time will vary depending on your postal network.

Finding out more information about your delivery:

We understand how concerning it can be if your delivery is taking longer than usual.  A slow delivery is frustrating for us too, as we work very hard to send customers' orders on time.  Unfortunately, once we have dispatched your jewellery, it is in the hands of the delivery services.  We have no control over delivery and are unable to offer any further information about delivery progress.

International customers should contact the delivery services in your home country (such as USPS or AusPost) with your tracking number for more specific information about your delivery.

UK customers, please note that the Signed For service will not update the tracking number until delivery.

Getting in touch with us:

As most of the team are currently working from home, email rather than telephone is the best way to contact us.

Please contact us at jewellery@honeywillow.com if you have any questions.

Stay safe and well and thank you for your patience at this time.
