These earrings are handmade with genuine amethyst stones, freshwater pearls and either sterling silver or 14k gold-fill.  Gold-fill is 14k gold which is bonded gold and is good for sensitive ears.  

The amethysts are natural stones which vary in shade and which slightly take on the colour of the metal setting behind the stone.

The earrings are approximately 2cm in length.
