Handmade with either sterling silver or 14k gold-fill (bonded gold), a large teardrop freshwater pearl and your choice of birthstones, see image 4 for examples. 

Please note that the birthstones may not all be the exactly the same size and shape as each other, or those in the photos.

The freshwater pearl is approximately 9mm in length and the birthstones are approximately 3-4mm in diameter.
