What do you like about working at Honey Willow?

I love working with the team and making sure they can keep things flowing. We’re always improving, always learning, and we manage to have a laugh along the way. It’s our family company, and while it’s hard work at times, it’s a real joy to watch it grow. It's a pleasure to work alongside creative, thoughtful people who put great care into what they do for our customers around the world.

What is your favourite piece of jewellery?

If I had to pick one, it would be the Wishing Well necklace, also known as The Family Birthstone Halo necklace. Rhiannon wears hers a lot, and the diamonds in the well represent our children — Hugo, Honey and Willow. It’s elegant, timeless, and it catches the light beautifully when she moves. It means a lot to me.

What has been a favourite milestone for you so far?

Moving from Australia, getting married, and having our three children here in Bath has been the biggest milestone of all. Honey Willow is deeply connected to that chapter of our lives - building a family and building something meaningful at the same time.
