We make this bracelet in either sterling silver or 14k gold-fill.
We use three small freshwater pearls, each one spaced less than an inch apart. Either silver or 14k gold-fill balls continue around the rest of the bracelet.

Dimensions:
We make the bracelet at 6.5 inches, with a 1.5 inch extender chain.
The pearls and silver/gold beads are all approximately 3/4mm in size.
