We ship internationally from the UK every day.  Each month we send many orders to our US customers, from Alabama to Wyoming.

Here is more information about shipping:

UK orders:

Standard: 1 week making time + Signed For delivery
Priority: 3 working days making time + Special Delivery (guaranteed next day delivery, signature needed)

INTERNATIONAL orders:

Standard: 1 week making time + International Tracked delivery
Priority: 3 working days making time + International Tracked delivery
Priority UPS: 3 working days making time + UPS shipping (USA & Canada only)

International shipping times:
International Tracked mail normally takes approximately 5-10 days. However, it can occasionally take longer. We cannot guarantee an arrival date with this shipping method.
UPS shipping (USA & Canada only) normally takes 2-4 working days.

Please note:
+ These shipping times are estimates, based on information from the postal services.
+ Once we dispatch your item, we have no influence over shipping times. From this point, it is the responsibility of the postal services to deliver your package.
+ If your package has been delayed, please contact the postal service directly with your tracking number.

Lost packages:
If your package is not delivered within 25 days from dispatch, then it is considered lost - and in this case we will refund or replace your item.

 

Shop Policies:

Our jewellery is handmade, therefore each piece is unique, with a character and finish that is different to machine-made jewellery.

We put a lot of time into every single order. Therefore, we can only offer refunds and exchanges if we have made a mistake on your order.  

If you change your mind, please request an order cancellation within 24 hours.

If there is a problem with your item, please contact us with a photograph upon receipt of the item.

No returns will be accepted unless you have contacted us first to discuss.

In the rare event of a broken chain, we can only offer a replacement up to three months from the date of purchase. Again, please email with a photograph.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to:
+ select the correct length for bracelets and necklaces
+ to leave us the correct spelling for name necklaces
+ to put the correct address on your order.
