Circles symbolise infinite love, strength, protection and unity. Four circles are linked to symbolise her four decades. Her birthstone is star-set in the centre.
You can personalise the note inside the gift box, see image 4 for an example. Alternatively you will receive the note in image 4.
Handmade to order with sterling silver and a genuine birthstone.
The links are 20mm in diameter.
