Give your loved one a personalised heart necklace, hand-stamped with up to three characters and set with a birthstone.
You can personalise the note inside the gift box.
Handmade to order with sterling silver and a tiny birthstone, see image 4 for examples.
Please note that the diamond is lab-grown. A lab-grown diamond is made from the same material as a mined diamond, but without the ethical and environmental problems.
The heart charm is approximately 13mm in diameter.
